We moved houses a couple weeks ago. It was madness. Turns out you can accumulate quite a lot of stuff over 25 years in a family home.
I’m now in a flat in Egia for a couple months before we move to the new family home in Lekunberri. Quite excited to live in a more rural area. Closer access to trail running paths, calmer roads for cycling, amazing hiking in Aralar…
Been doing more running and cycling lately. I’m averaging around 4 rides and 2 runs per week. Usually bike rides on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I’m focusing on slowly building up the time. I don’t want to make the same mistake I’ve made in the past and increase it too quickly only to find myself injured a few weeks into the training.
As a result of exercising more and the change of house, I’m also eating much healthier. I think this is the real key to good energy and weight loss. I feel great. I mostly eat fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. I’ll add meat once or twice per week. It seems to work for me, which is what matters.
As for music, I’m currently working on my next #pinkfridays vol. II single, i’ve been there.
I wrote the main idea for the song a while back, in November 2020. It seems like the perfect moment to release it, so I decided to release it before the next couple singles I have planned.
I’m also working on Tiny Indies, where I produce for other independent artists and help them navigate the craziness that is the music industry.
That’s about it for now! Planning to watch some NBA tonight, so I’m gonna wrap this and a couple other things before the game starts.
